A comprehensive seven-week process that helps new members think differently and build real skills, network, and experience.
Our members spend hours on end building at the Fisher College of Innovation at Elm, surrounded by like-minded people, mentors to learn from, and new skills to pick up. It's where lifelong friendships and partnerships are made.
Internship, co-op, or your own idea: we push members to always be building. You can't replicate what you learn by actually doing it. Failure is the best teacher, so we'd rather you try, succeed or fail, and grow either way. That's how you keep compounding.
We put members in a constant stress test: flying out of state for competitions, winning local hackathons, taking the stage at demo days and pitch competitions, and chasing the best internships and opportunities. We keep score of each other's wins and share them with the group: internal competition that pushes everyone to grow beyond their own vision.
